Linerless labels are adhesive labels without backing (without protective layer preventing from adhesion).They are produced by coating the front surface with special material in order to prevent adhesive surface to adhere to the printed surface. Linerless is a label of unlimited length.Labels of different lengths can be made of the rolls of the same width.Length of the label depends on quantity of information to be printed.
Advantages of the linerless labels:
- size of labels (length and width), no need for many types. A label of necessary length is printed.
- change in a device for roles („set up“) takes a few times less time. Printing area is double in size in a roll of linerless labels.
